What size should I choose?
A size guide photo is provided in the product description. We recommend checking it before placing your order.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within Europe. We plan to expand worldwide after "DROP 001".
When will my order ship?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Do you accept returns?
As all items are made to order, we do not accept returns unless an error has been made on our side, such as receiving the wrong item or a defective product.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We'll review each case individually and work towards a suitable resolution.
PRE-ORDER FAQ
How do pre-orders work?
Pre-order items are made to order. Production begins after the pre-order period closes. This allows us to reduce waste and produce only what is needed.
When will my order ship?
Pre-orders are estimated to ship within 4–6 weeks from the pre-order closing date. Production times may vary slightly depending on demand.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number as soon as your order has been dispatched.
Can I cancel my pre-order?
Pre-orders cannot be cancelled once the pre-order period has closed. Please ensure all order details are correct before purchasing.
Are your pre-orders limited?
Yes. Many Miejoy releases are produced in limited quantities and may not be restocked once sold out.
Will sold out items restock?
Unless stated otherwise, sold out items should be considered limited releases and may not return.
