Orders are processed in the order they are received. Processing times may vary depending on product availability and order volume.
Ready-to-Ship Items
T-shirts and polo shirts are typically processed and shipped within a few business days of purchase.
Pre-Order Items
All items other than t-shirts and polo shirts are considered pre-order products unless otherwise stated.
Pre-order items require additional production time before shipping and may take several weeks to be dispatched. Estimated production and shipping times may vary depending on demand, manufacturing schedules, and logistics. By purchasing a pre-order item, you acknowledge and accept that delivery will take longer than standard ready-to-ship products.
If your order contains both ready-to-ship and pre-order items, the entire order may be held until all items are ready for shipment.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping times displayed at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, customs processing, local postal services, weather conditions, and other factors outside of our control.
Once an order has been shipped and handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is managed by the carrier. While we will do our best to assist with shipping-related issues, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or other third parties.
Lost or Delayed Packages
