How do preorders work?

All items are made to order. Production begins after the preorder period closes. This allows us to reduce waste and produce only what is needed.

What size should I choose?

A size guide is included within the product image gallery on each product page. We recommend checking it before placing your order.

Model measurements and measurements of the piece modelled may be included in the description.

When will my order ship?

Preorders are estimated to ship within X–X weeks from the preorder closing date. You'll receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within Europe. We plan to expand worldwide after this release.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.

Can I cancel my preorder?

Preorders cannot be cancelled once the preorder period has closed. Please ensure all order details are correct before purchasing.

Do you accept returns?

We do not accept returns unless an error has been made on our side, such as receiving the wrong item.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Please contact us with photos of the damage within 7 days of delivery. Cases will be reviewed individually.

Are your releases limited?

Yes. Many MIEJOY releases are produced in limited quantities and may not be restocked once sold out.

Will sold out items restock?

Unless stated otherwise, sold out items should be considered limited releases and may not return.
